Skid-mounted oil & gas fired boiler adopts integrated skid frame design. The horizontal three-pass wet-back boiler body, imported ultra-low nitrogen burner, water softener, feed water pump, steam manifold, PLC automatic control cabinet, complete set of valves & instruments and energy-saving heat exchange modules are pre-assembled and fully tested in factory. The whole unit is fixed on a steel skid for modular delivery of complete boiler room system. It supports multiple fuels including natural gas, LPG and diesel. Equipped with corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tubes for sufficient heat exchange, matched with FGR flue gas recirculation ultra-low NOx technology, its NOx emission is stably controlled below 30mg/m³ with overall thermal efficiency over 98%, fully complying with environmental standards.
Highly integrated and compact, it occupies much less space without independent concrete boiler foundation, easy for hoisting and transportation. After arrival on site, only water, power and fuel pipelines need connection; commissioning and production can be finished within 1–3 days, eliminating massive on-site welding and assembly work to greatly cut civil engineering and labor costs. Equipped with full automatic interlock safety system, it realizes unattended operation with multi-shutdown protection against high/low water level, overpressure, flameout and water shortage. Anti-corrosion and thermal insulated, it can be placed outdoors with strong mobility, widely applied in oilfields, construction sites, overseas projects, temporary factories, food, chemical, printing & dyeing industries requiring fast heat supply.
