Horizontal Packaged Internal Combustion Three-pass Fire Tube Steam Boiler

This is a horizontal packaged internal combustion three-pass fire tube steam boiler adopting offset furnace corrugated furnace wet-back structure. High-temperature flue gas washes the second and third pass smoke tubes in sequence, then discharges into the atmosphere through the rear smoke chamber and chimney. The boiler is equipped with detachable front and rear smoke box covers for convenient internal inspection and maintenance.
It is fitted with high-performance burners, adopting advanced technologies including automatic proportional combustion adjustment, automatic feedwater regulation, programmed start-stop and fully automatic unattended operation. Multiple safety protection functions are integrated: high/low water level alarm, automatic shutdown protection against ultra-low water level, excessive steam pressure and flameout. The boiler features compact structure, safe & reliable operation, easy operation, fast installation, low pollution emission, low noise and high thermal efficiency.

Main Features

  1. Integrated packaged design for fast installation & guaranteed quality
    The gas-fired steam boiler adopts compact and reasonable layout with boiler island integrated structure, meeting the standard of packaged delivery. The product is divided into three major modules before delivery: boiler main body, chimney and pipeline system. The main unit and chimney are fully prefabricated in factory, with matching valves and instruments pre-installed on the boiler. On site, only assembling the main unit and chimney is required; commissioning can be launched immediately after connecting gas, power and water pipelines, which greatly shortens construction period and ensures overall assembly quality.
  2. Advanced optimized design, light weight and integrated appearance
    The main body adopts integrated frame structure with burner mounted on front smoke box door; all heating surfaces and combustion chamber are arranged inside the shell. Offset corrugated furnace reduces steel consumption. The thermal insulation layer is made of new lightweight heat insulation material, covered by color steel sheet cuboid outer casing. Compared with domestic boilers of the same capacity, it has obvious advantages in thermal efficiency, self-weight, overall dimension and appearance. The feedwater unit is integrated on the right side of boiler base, sharing the same foundation with main body without extra independent concrete base.

    The internal water circulation circuit is smooth and simple, pressure components adopt optimized force-bearing structure. The boiler can operate safely for long term under qualified water quality condition.
