SZS Double-Drum Vertical Oil & Gas Water Tube Boiler

1. Overall Structure & Flue Gas Flow

SZS boiler is a D-type chamber-fired water tube boiler with vertical double drums, supplied in quick-assembled or bulk versions. Convection tube bundles are arranged on the left, and full membrane water-cooled furnace on the right. It consists of upper & lower drums, membrane water walls, imported burner, superheater, convection bundles, economizer, condenser, dirt separator and tail explosion-proof door.
The furnace and convection flues adopt full membrane wall structure to greatly cut refractory brick consumption. High-temperature flue gas generated by combustion flows out from the furnace rear outlet, passing sequentially through burnout chamber, convection tube bundles, finned-tube economizer and condenser, then discharged to atmosphere via flue and chimney. Two-stage waste heat recovery devices sharply lower exhaust temperature, raise thermal efficiency and reduce fuel consumption. Adopting natural water circulation, the unit supports large single capacity for heavy-load heating applications.

2. Thermal Insulation & Safety Body Design

Insulation system: The boiler shell is wrapped with aluminum silicate fiber insulation featuring outstanding heat preservation and light weight to minimize heat loss.
Explosion protection: An explosion-proof door is fitted at boiler tail to automatically release overpressure and avoid furnace deflagration hazards.
Furnace structure: Front and rear walls are fully covered by membrane water walls. Low outer surface temperature prevents high-temperature corrosion and extends service life effectively.

3. Combustion System Configuration

Equipped with original fully automatic Baltur burner imported from Italy with high automation. It realizes full unattended control including pre-purge, electronic ignition, stepless fire adjustment, automatic shutdown and flameout interlock protection, compatible with natural gas, diesel and heavy oil.

4. Full-Automatic PLC Control & Multi-Layer Safety Protection

The complete programmable control system realizes full-condition monitoring and interlock protection:
Medium regulation: Automatic feedwater control, proportional combustion adjustment, fuel oil temperature control;
Pressure protection: Interlock shutdown on steam overpressure, high/low gas pressure alarm;
Gas dedicated functions: Gas leakage detection, pre/post ignition furnace purge sequence;
Water level protection: Water level gauge, level alarm, audible-visual high/low level alarm, interlock shutdown on ultra-low water level;
Real-time monitoring: Equipped with pressure gauge, electric contact pressure controller, gas & water flow meters to continuously monitor water level and pressure.
