I. Overall Product Structure & Combustion System

1. Main Structural Layout

This series boiler adopts proven vertical double-drum design. The unit is clearly divided into two core modules: upper heat absorbing assembly of boiler body and lower chain grate combustion equipment, featuring neat layout and stable structure for convenient daily inspection and maintenance.
Membrane water-cooled walls are arranged on both furnace sides to improve furnace tightness and reduce air & heat leakage, while expanding furnace volume and heating area for complete fuel combustion. Valve-controlled secondary air devices are installed on front and rear furnace walls together with optimally proportioned front & rear arches. The large coverage of arches strengthens heat storage and stabilizes combustion temperature to maximize full burnout of biomass fuel and avoid fuel waste.

2. Combustion & Flue Gas Treatment Process

Continuous feeding combustion is realized via chain grate. Biomass fuel spreads evenly on the grate and burns steadily as the grate moves at constant speed. High-temperature flue gas generated flows through furnace, burnout chamber and convection tube bundles for multi-stage efficient heat exchange to release full heat energy. Cooled flue gas enters tail flue duct, purified by professional dust collector, conveyed under negative pressure by induced draft fan and discharged through chimney up to standard. The complete flue gas treatment system meets all industrial environmental emission standards.

3. Optimized Air Duct & Water Circulation Design

Air Duct System: Equipped with multiple independent adjustable air chambers with manually controllable air volume, matching air demand of various biomass fuels and different combustion phases. Uniform horizontal wind pressure eliminates local incomplete combustion and maintains optimal combustion condition.
Water Circulation System: Cross-section ratio of risers and downcomers is optimized via professional thermal calculation for smooth circulation and stable flow velocity, free from steam-water imbalance or circulation stagnation in long-term operation. A large-capacity steam drum with complete internal high-efficiency steam-water separators improves steam dryness and stable steam quality.

  • Automatic feed water regulation for stable drum water level

  • Automatic pressure relief and interlock boiler stop against overpressure
  • Automatic fuel cut-off and alarm upon flameout
    Linked multi-protection prevents safety hazards such as dry burning, overpressure and water shortage, no 24-hour on-site operator required.
