1. Product Definition & Heating Principle

The large-scale resistance hot water boiler (Model DZRS) is a high-power electric heat exchange equipment. Based on Joule resistance heating principle, electric current passes through nickel-chromium alloy stainless steel heating tubes. Resistance wires generate heat and transfer it directly to water, converting electric energy into thermal energy for hot water with a rated thermal efficiency ≥98%.
Two mainstream structural types are available: integrated horizontal single boiler and multi-module parallel unit. Single unit power ranges from 180kW to 2160kW. Free combination of multiple modules enables expansion to ten-thousand-kilowatt-level large central heating heat sources.
No combustion or open flame occurs during operation; heating solely relies on resistance elements. Differing from electromagnetic induction boilers, it features a simple electric control structure with low operation and maintenance thresholds.

2. Complete Machine Core Structure

  1. Independent Heating Module Unit
    Each single module has a standard power of 150kW; two or more modules are integrated into one cabinet. Every module is equipped with an independent touch-screen PLC control system. Two heating systems operate separately without mutual interference, and maintenance of one module will not cut off the whole hot water supply.
  2. Heating & Heat Exchange Main Body
    The inner tank is a carbon steel tank either atmospheric or pressure-bearing, fitted with 316L anti-corrosion heating tubes. The outer layer is wrapped with high-density aluminum silicate thermal insulation to minimize heat loss. Standard supply water temperature: 85℃, return water temperature: 65℃; water temperature is adjustable arbitrarily between 30℃ and 95℃.
  3. Intelligent Electric Control System
    Large LCD touch panel for local automatic constant temperature control. Standard built-in remote cloud monitoring module, supporting mobile APP remote start/stop, fault push notification, and multi-protocol communication to connect with building or factory central control systems.
  4. Heat Dissipation & Safety Components
    Electric control cooling fans are installed on the side of the unit. Fully integrated safety sensors, earth leakage circuit breakers, pressure/water level interlock protection components.
