The DZZQ electric heating steam boiler (steam generator)adopts a resistance heating form and is a boiler that convertselectrical energy into thermal energy to generate steam. It ismainly used in power plants, ships, locomotives, and industrialand mining enterprises, and the resistance heating tube is itsmain heating element.
Electric heating boilers use metal tubular electric heaters toheat water, converting electrical energy directly into thermalenergy to produce steam. There is no need to convertchemical energy into heat energy through combustion, whichmeans there is no need to supply the air and fuel required forcombustion, and no harmful gases or ash are emitted, fullymeeting environmental requirements. The electric heatingtubes are connected using a triangular method, with multipleelectric heating tubes connected in a group. The outer coverhas a connecting pipe, which is installed on a flange toconnect with external electrical equipment. The electricheating tube group has an electric heating shield outside, andthe heating process of the medium is completed entirely in theboiler cylinder without the need for pipeline layout. The simpli-fied Chinese version is equipped with accessories such assteam outlets, safety valves, pressure gauges, wiring panels,and drain valves. Aix Boiler's resistance steam boiler technol-ogy is very mature, and the boiler operates safely and stably.
