ZQGR-DC Electric Heating Superheated Steam Boiler
Superheated steam is an important heat medium widely used in industrial and energy fields. It is formed by secondary heating of saturated steam to a temperature higher than the boiling point under the corresponding pressure. Conventional superheated steam can reach above 300°C, and the supporting stainless steel steam superheater can raise the steam temperature to over 600°C. This steam plays a key role in power generation, process heating and industrial equipment driving.
The core difference between superheated steam and saturated steam is the matching rule of temperature and pressure: saturated steam has a one-to-one corresponding relationship between temperature and pressure, while the temperature and pressure of superheated steam have no fixed one-to-one correspondence and are also affected by steam density. Although the heat transfer efficiency of superheated steam is inferior to saturated steam, its high-temperature property achieves higher efficiency when converting thermal energy into mechanical energy.
