The pipeline stainless steel electric heater is a special electric heating device for sealed pipeline fluids. The whole unit adopts an integrated pressure-bearing cylinder made of 304/316 stainless steel, equipped with a detachable flange heating core, support base and multi-specification fluid flange ports. It features a compact structure for easy connection to industrial pipelines. Multiple high-efficiency electric heating tubes are installed inside the cylinder. After fluid enters the cavity from the side flange, it fully washes the heating tube bundles, achieving an electrothermal conversion efficiency up to 98% with fast and even temperature rise.
It is compatible with water, thermal oil, compressed air and various chemical fluids, divided into liquid heating type and gas explosion-proof type. It is widely matched with thermal oil boilers and hot water units for preheating and supplementary heating, and also applied in chemical, food, melt-blown, drying, nitrogen heating and other processes. Temperature measuring and drain ports are reserved on the cylinder. Matched with an intelligent temperature control cabinet, it realizes precise constant temperature of ±1℃, equipped with multi-interlock protections against over-temperature, over-pressure and electric leakage. The detachable flange design allows separate replacement of heating elements with low maintenance costs. The whole unit can be installed in series on pipelines without an independent boiler room.
