Skid mounted electric heating thermal oil heater

The skid-mounted electric heating thermal oil boiler is an integrated clean energy heating equipment. It pre-assembles the heating body, circulating oil pump, expansion tank, valve pipelines and PLC intelligent control cabinet on an integrated steel skid base. Assembly, pressure test and overall debugging are completed before delivery, forming a plug-and-play modular system. The equipment realizes direct heat exchange through electric heating elements with an electrothermal conversion efficiency up to 98%. It stably supplies high-temperature thermal oil at 160-350℃ under low pressure conditions. Without open flame combustion, it produces no waste gas or smoke, suitable for factories with strict environmental supervision. Compared with traditional split thermal oil boilers, it features a compact structure that saves over 30% floor space and eliminates the need for a separate boiler room. Only water, power and thermal oil pipelines need to be connected on-site to start production, greatly shortening construction periods and cutting field costs. The whole unit can be hoisted and transported as a whole for factory relocation and repeated use at multiple sites. Equipped with a fully automatic temperature control system with ±1℃ precision, it automatically adjusts heating power on demand, supported by multi-layer safety interlocks including dry burning prevention, over-temperature, over-pressure and electric leakage protection. It runs stably with low maintenance and widely applies to fine chemical, textile printing & dyeing, food processing, plate hot pressing, asphalt heating, building materials and other high-temperature industrial processes, making it the preferred high-efficiency heating equipment for export projects and space-limited factories.
