YY(Q)W series oil/gas-fired thermal oil heater is a new type of industrial heating equipment. It takes fuel oil or natural gas as energy source and thermal oil as heat transfer medium. With circulating oil pump forced liquid-phase circulation, the thermal oil carries heat to production equipment and then returns to the furnace for reheating. It features high temperature output under low working pressure.
This heater can supply multiple temperature levels simultaneously according to customer requirements. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, plastic, food and other industries with stable performance and reliable reputation.
The heater adopts horizontal three-pass structure with compact layout. The heating surface consists of radiant coil and convection coil groups. Fuel burns fully in the combustion chamber. Flue gas transfers heat through radiant zone and convection zone, and is finally discharged through induced draft fan and chimney.
