SZL series biomass boiler adopts longitudinally arranged double drums, equipped with chain grate. Biomass is a clean energy fuel. It is low-cost, easy to obtain and realizes waste recycling. It produces less pollutants during combustion, conforming to market trends and customer demands.
The boiler consists of two major parts: upper heating surface of boiler body and lower combustion equipment. Fuel burns in combustion equipment. Flue gas flows through furnace, burnout chamber, convection tube bundles into tail flue, then discharges to atmosphere via dust collector, induced draft fan and chimney.
Membrane water walls are arranged on both sides of furnace, improving tightness, enlarging furnace volume and heating surface. Secondary air controlled by valves is arranged on front and rear walls. It enables complete fuel combustion, lifts combustion & thermal efficiency, cuts fuel cost and reduces residues.
