ZQGR-DC Electric Ultra-high Temperature Steam Generator
Ⅰ.Product Introduction
This equipment is an industrial electric superheated steam device. As an important heat transfer medium for industry and energy sectors, superheated steam is formed by reheating saturated steam to temperatures above boiling point. Standard steam temperature can exceed 300℃, and it can reach over 600℃ when equipped with stainless steel superheating components.
Superheated steam is widely used for power generation, process heating and industrial equipment driving. It differs greatly from saturated steam: saturated steam has a one-to-one correspondence between temperature and pressure, while the temperature and pressure of superheated steam are not fixed and also affected by steam density. Although its heat exchange efficiency is lower than saturated steam, it performs better in converting thermal energy into mechanical energy, making it ideal for power-related industrial scenarios.

- Easy installation with low site requirements It can operate simply by connecting power supply, water source, steam pipeline and matching control system, with few restrictions on factory installation environment.
- Zero-carbon & eco-friendly, low running noise No combustion process, no smoke or exhaust emissions to achieve zero carbon emission. Running noise is faint, only slight sounds from water pump and boiling water.
- High thermal efficiency & long-term power saving Adopting electromagnetic induction heating, water molecules generate heat via high-speed friction, with thermal conversion efficiency of 96%-99%. It saves 15%-30% electricity compared with conventional resistance electric boilers of equal power, cutting long-term electricity cost greatly.
- Steam output within 30 seconds, suitable for intermittent steam demand Direct water heating leads to tiny thermal inertia, steam is produced only 30 seconds after startup, fitting discontinuous & temporary steam supply conditions.
- Variable frequency intelligent control for precise temperature & pressure regulation Equipped with variable frequency intelligent management system to realize stepless power adjustment. Temperature and pressure can be accurately and stably adjusted through current control or zoning control of multiple heating tubes.
- High cost performance with economical procurement cost Compared with full electromagnetic heating equipment, the overall manufacturing cost is lower with more affordable purchasing price.
- Complete water-electric separation & multiple safety protections Electromagnetic coil wraps stainless steel / carbon steel liner externally, thoroughly isolated from water to fundamentally eliminate electric leakage risk. Built-in interlock protections against overheating, overpressure, water shortage, water leakage and overcurrent to ensure safe operation without hidden dangers.
- Ultra-high temperature dry steam for special high-temperature processes Stably outputs dry steam above 600℃, applicable to metal heat treatment, chemical cracking, harmless disposal of solid waste, new material sintering and other high-temperature industrial production.
