1. Product Overview
DCRS electromagnetic hot water module boiler is a new type of high-temperature hot water boiler. It converts electric energy into thermal energy through electromagnetic induction principle to produce high-temperature hot water, featuring high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, which is a new generation of clean electric heating heat source equipment.
2. Working Principle
The boiler adopts electromagnetic induction heating technology: alternating current passes through electromagnetic coils to generate alternating magnetic fields, which induce eddy current inside the water cylinder. Water molecules rub at high speed to generate heat by themselves. Its thermal conversion efficiency reaches 96%~99%, and the steady thermal efficiency is above 97%.
Compared with traditional resistance electric heating boilers, it can save 15%-30% power under the same power condition, with faster heating speed, stable thermal performance, longer service life and convenient daily maintenance. It can replace traditional electric heat sources and realize the upgrading of electric heating systems in various industries.
3. Control System & Hardware Configuration
- Intelligent Control System Equipped with special AIX boiler controller and German Siemens control parts, matched with backlit LCD screen to display real-time operation data. Advanced frequency conversion intelligent management system supports stepless power regulation. Water temperature can be arbitrarily set within 30℃~90℃, supporting automatic constant temperature & timing supply for heating and hot water circulation system. High-power models adopt step-by-step time-sharing input control for heating modules. The heating groups can be activated or shut down according to load changes, greatly reducing impact on power grid.
- Heating Structure The metal cylinder is heated rapidly by induced eddy current from alternating magnetic field. Different from immersion electric heating tube boilers, it avoids scaling loss of external heating parts and achieves higher heat exchange efficiency.
4. Multi-dimensional Safety Protection
Complete interlock safety protection functions are integrated in the unit: leakage protection, anti-dry burning protection, furnace over-temperature protection, temperature sensor fault protection, abnormal power voltage protection and heating component phase failure protection. The boiler will shut down automatically under abnormal conditions to support unattended safe operation.
