Vertical biomass manual feeding boiler is a small energy-saving and environmental protection heat source equipment. Adopting a compact vertical cylinder structure, it covers a small area and is easy to install. No complex feeding machinery is required, and fuel is manually added through the furnace door. It is suitable for small and medium workshops, farms, bathhouses, small food processing plants and other scenarios.
The boiler has a large furnace volume and can burn agricultural and forest waste such as biomass pellets, wood chips, straw briquettes and firewood, with wide fuel sources and low operating costs. It adopts a multi-pass water-fire tube heat exchange design, which realizes rapid temperature and pressure rise, with thermal efficiency above 82%. The ash residue can be reused as organic fertilizer to realize resource recycling.

The whole machine is equipped with a fixed manual grate and an ash cleaning drawer at the bottom for easy slag removal and maintenance. It is fitted with multiple safety accessories including safety valves, pressure gauges and water level gauges for stable and reliable operation. Compared with gas and oil-fired boilers, it greatly cuts fuel costs. Compared with fully automatic biomass boilers, it features low equipment cost and fewer faults, ideal for small users with limited budgets and moderate daily heat demand. Flue gas can meet emission standards after simple dust removal, featuring green and low-carbon performance.
