DZH fixed grate biomass boiler is a horizontal three-pass water-fire tube boiler with a single longitudinal drum, a new heating equipment independently developed by our company in response to environmental protection policies. The boiler takes biomass pellets pressed from agricultural and forest wastes such as straw, sawdust and peanut shells as fuel. Its sulfide emission in flue gas is far lower than coal-fired boilers and meets national environmental emission standards. Agricultural and forest wastes are widely available and low in procurement cost, which truly turns waste into treasure and realizes energy recycling, balancing economic and social benefits.
Equipped with an innovative furnace arch structure, the boiler can fully burn fuel with thermal efficiency up to 83%. Flue gas generated by fuel combustion flows through heating surfaces, economizer and air preheater in sequence, and is discharged into the atmosphere via chimney after dust removal and purification. Ash residues produced from combustion can be directly used as organic farm manure to realize resource recycling.

✅ Optimized Drum Structure
The drum is composed of arched tubesheets and threaded smoke tubes, upgrading the drum from quasi-rigid structure to quasi-elastic structure, removing tubesheet stays and reducing structural stress. The smoke tube is changed from two-pass to single-pass, fundamentally solving the problem of tubesheet cracking during long-term operation.
✅ Anti-sludge and Anti-bulge Design at Drum Bottom
Riser tube rows are arranged at the drum bottom to eliminate dead water zones and reduce sludge deposition. The high-temperature area of the drum is continuously and fully cooled to effectively prevent bulging deformation of the lower drum under heat.
✅ Enhanced Heat Transfer by High-efficiency Threaded Smoke Tubes
High-efficiency heat transfer threaded smoke tubes greatly boost heat exchange performance, enabling fast temperature and pressure rise and higher thermal efficiency. Turbulent flue gas inside tubes avoids ash accumulation on tube walls and realizes self-cleaning.

The splayed furnace wall and outlet flue window have natural dust settling effect, controlling the original dust concentration within standard limits and making flue gas emissions comply with national environmental regulations.

The whole machine features compact layout with smaller overall size than boilers of the same specification, greatly cutting civil engineering costs of boiler rooms.
