Electric heating vulcanization tank

Electric heating vulcanizing tank is a special pressure vessel for rubber processing. It adopts built-in electric heating elements for heat supply, requiring no supporting boilers or steam pipeline systems. It can be put into production once powered on, suitable for factories without steam supply and areas with strict environmental protection regulations. The tank body is welded with Q345R pressure vessel steel plate and equipped with thickened external thermal insulation to reduce heat loss. It features a tooth-locked quick-opening door and multiple safety interlocks with pressure self-locking function to eliminate misoperation risks for stable and safe operation. Equipped with an intelligent PLC control system, it achieves temperature control accuracy of ±1℃. The forced hot air circulation ensures uniform internal temperature field, supporting multi-stage programmed heating and automatic heat preservation timing. It realizes precise vulcanization of hoses, seals, rubber rollers, cable sheaths and other rubber products, improving elasticity, wear resistance and anti-aging performance. Compared with traditional steam vulcanizers, it features easy installation, small footprint, zero waste gas and residue discharge, low maintenance cost, and also applies to composite curing and rubber shoe vulcanization, serving as the optimal equipment for intelligent upgrading of small and medium rubber & plastic enterprises.
