I. Product Overview

Independently developed by AIX Boiler, the DZL biomass boiler is a vertical single-drum chain grate boiler specially fueled by biomass pellets, representing a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving heat source equipment.
Biomass fuel is premium renewable energy with massive annual output of agricultural and forestry residues. Replacing coal with biomass pellets can drastically cut enterprises’ thermal production costs and bring remarkable economic benefits. Meanwhile, it realizes resource recycling of agricultural & forest waste, expands farmers’ income sources, and achieves coordinated development of economic and social benefits.
This boiler has prominent core advantages: fast pressure rise, high overall thermal efficiency and sufficient effective heating area.

II. Main Structure & Eco-friendly Combustion Design

The DZL biomass boiler is a horizontal three-pass water-fire tube boiler equipped with intensified high-efficiency energy-saving combustion technology to ensure complete fuel burnout:
Enlarged volume of furnace and burnout chamber promotes secondary burnout and natural sedimentation of fly ash;
A coarse dust separation turning chamber is installed at flue gas outlet to realize pre-dedusting inside the boiler, reduce pollutant emissions fundamentally, and make exhaust gas indicators fully comply with national environmental protection standards.

III. Core Performance Characteristics

1. High-efficiency Heat Exchange Structure

Threaded smoke tubes are arranged inside the furnace to boost heat transfer coefficient, raise thermal efficiency and cut total energy consumption. Smoke tubes embedded in boiler shell minimize air leakage and exhaust heat loss.
Membrane water-cooled walls are applied on furnace sides to strengthen heat transfer performance, improve heat efficiency and reduce heat dissipation loss of furnace.

2. Reliable Manufacturing Technology

Advanced submerged arc automatic welding is adopted for all longitudinal and circumferential welds of the boiler, ensuring stable welding forming, qualified pressure tightness and structural strength.

3. Flue Gas Environmental Supporting System

Special dust collector is equipped on tail flue duct to guarantee stable smoke and particulate emission meeting environmental supervision standards.

4. Intelligent Automatic Safety Control System

High automation level with integrated multi-layer safety functions: automatic feed water regulation, interlock shutdown protection for low water level, audible & visual alarm for high/low water level. Complete set of monitoring and control instruments ensures safe and stable full-cycle operation.

5. Adaptive Furnace Combustion Design

Optimized arch furnace structure forms an inverted "A" flame field with wide fuel compatibility. It can burn both biomass pellets and inferior coal sufficiently and stably.

6. Anti-crack Temperature Balancing Structure for Tube Plate

Dual-wing flue layout guides even flue gas flow into front smoke box to balance temperature across the whole front tube plate, avoiding tube plate cracks caused by thermal stress difference.

7. Durable Chain Grate

New small scale-type grate pieces with exclusive safety retaining rings are equipped. The grate runs smoothly with low failure rate and continuously improves fuel burnout efficiency.
