The steam pressure reducing station manufactured by Aix Boiler automatically regulates and stabilizes the high-pressure steam output from the boiler to the low pressure required for the process, thereby ensuring a stable and safe steam supply to downstream equipment.
The AIX steam pressure reducing station is a modular, prefabricated component designed specifically for boiler and pipeline steam outlets. Integrated according to national steam piping standards, it includes all necessary components such as a British Spiesack steam separator, drain assembly, cast steel gate valve, pilot-operated pressure reducing valve, spring-loaded safety valve, pressure gauge, bypass pipe, and manual drain valve.
Upon delivery, the unit has passed hydrostatic and airtightness pressure tests; on-site installation simply requires connecting the front flange to the boiler outlet and the rear flange to the steam pipeline before commissioning. The core functions of the unit include: steam-water purification, precise pressure reduction, stable output pressure, and safe pressure relief of the high-temperature, high-pressure saturated steam generated by the boiler; removal of condensate and solid impurities from the steam; and stabilization of the boiler's high-pressure steam to the low-pressure saturated steam required for industrial processes. It is widely used in applications requiring stable steam parameters, including food cooking and chemical reactions.
